What are the features of this app?
The Hostfully vacation rental management app offers a central calendar, a lead and operations pipeline, and a unified inbox. These are the core features that make property management on the go easier since you can chat with guests right when they message you, accept or decline bookings as they come in, and plan your daily tasks with a calendar view.
What is the main purpose of this app?
Vacation rental management apps helps managers and business owners run their operations when not in front of their desktop browsers. By responding to guest questions quickly, and accepting reservations right away through the Hostfully Mobile App, vacation rental managers and hosts increase their performance ratings on sites Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, and provide a better guest experience. Both of these ultimately help them get more bookings and collect 5-star ratings.
Is the app free?
The vacation rental app is free for all paying Hostfully users (Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, and Premium). There are no extra fees for using the Hostfully Mobile App.
What are the benefits of using a vacation rental management app?
It happens to all of us. You get a message from a guest while picking up the kids, or a reservation inquiry right in the middle of a meeting with your staff. You make a mental note to respond as soon as you get in front of the computer, only to realize the next day that you forgot about it. With a mobile vacation rental app, you won’t skip a beat. Just open the app, and manage your operations. No more mishaps or mistakes.
Does the app offer all the functionality of a PMS?
The short answer is no. All vacation rental management mobile apps on the market only offer limited sets of features to their users. Offering all of a property management system’s all-in-one capability is generally not practical on mobile screens. However, Hostfully has committed to upgrading the app with more functionality in the future to allow vacation rental managers and hosts to get even more performance out of their mobile apps.
Can I manage integrations from the Hostfully Mobile App?
At the moment, users cannot activate or deactivate integrations (i.e.; dynamic pricing, cleaning management, payment processors, etc.) from the Hostfully app. However, if you currently have integrations in your desktop browser, they will still perform their automations and working with the Hostfully property management platform even when you use the mobile app. Note that you can still load the desktop browser of Hostfully on your mobile device through your browser and access the integrations tab. In a pinch, you could still turn on and off third-party vacation rental management software.
