Promotion Summary
We are delighted to introduce an exclusive partnership between Hostfully and RedAwning to
enhance your vacation rental business. By becoming part of this unique collaboration, you will be able to take advantage of a free Hostfully Premium Guidebook and/or Hostfully PMS subscription when you choose RedAwning to manage your property under either our Full Service or Essential management plan.
Requirements
To qualify, property owners must:
- generate $40,000 in annual revenue or be forecast to generate more
- Sign a 1-year commitment
- Agree to be exclusive partners with RedAwning. Being exclusive means that we will represent your properties on all channels and provide additional benefits to all guests.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is for new RedAwning clients only.
- Must sign a 1-year agreement with RedAwning.
- Must be an exclusive client for the term of the agreement.
- Hostfully subscription will be reimbursed by RedAwning 30 days after going “Live” on RedAwning.
Partnership Terms and Conditions
Eligibility Requirements
Contract Commitment: By signing a one-year Full Service or Essential contract with RedAwning, you agree to a minimum term of 12 months.
Early Termination Clause: Should you terminate the contract before the one-year period, you will be responsible for covering the Property Management System (PMS) costs incurred by RedAwning up until the point of termination.
Minimum Revenue Requirement: To qualify for this offer, your property must generate a minimum annual revenue of $40,000.
Additional Conditions
Start Date: This agreement will be effective on the date of contract signing and continue for a full 12-month period.
Termination and Fees: Should you wish to terminate the contract early, an invoice reflecting the outstanding PMS costs will be issued. Payment will be required within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility Validation: RedAwning reserves the right to verify property revenue to ensure eligibility.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing the contract with RedAwning, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
