The short-term rental industry is expanding rapidly, and in turn, it has brought the rise of fraudulent bookings, bad guests and even fraudulent hosts. Know Your Guest was created to establish professionalism in the industry while building trust between guests and owners and, in turn minimising risks for all.

Yes. Guests are responsible for the costs associated with any damages that they might cause during a booking, and a big part of the Superhog role is to ensure the guests honor this responsibility.

There are exceptions to this, for example where the property damage is superficial or “wear and tear”, or for smaller losses (normally of less than £500) where the costs can be reclaimed against a security deposit or damage waiver.

Superhog is able to work with any platform you use.

Yes. Superhog operates globally, with a few restrictions.

For our Property Management Platform, every new customer receives live onboarding calls and a personal onboarding contact for the first 45 days of their time with Hostfully. The number of calls depend on the package you subscribe for. During the onboarding period, Hostfully will help you set up properties, configure listing sites and OTAs, show you how to automate processes with templates and triggers, and get started with pricing.

Please note that the set up time to import and list properties on listing sites varies. Some take under 24 hours, while others take up to two weeks or longer. This is outside of our control. However, due to Hostfully’s preferred partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, we can track your status progress and get faster access if an unforeseen problem happens.

After your onboarding period has finished, you still have daily (free) access to both our onboarding reps and customer success reps through our many office hours!
