Ultimate flexibility - as a father of two young boys during a pandemic, it has been immensely valuable to be able to build my schedule around my duties as a parent.
Paternity leave was an amazing benefit, but the overall family-first culture of the company is the most important part. I don't have to feel guilty for rescheduling a meeting or taking a half day because stuff comes up and i need to spend time chasing a toddler.
I'm not sure how I would have survived 2020 without this.
