About Matterport
Matterport Capture Services On-Demand offers coverage in the United States, Great Britain, and Canada. The supported regions are all within approximately 35 miles of major city centers. They continue to expand the coverage network regularly.
Capture Services On Demand supports single properties up to 62,500 sq feet (Pro3) or 30,000 sq ft (Pro2). If you have a larger property to scan, you can contact their Sales team.
It depends on the size of the space. Some properties can take from 4 to 8 hours depending on the size. After the property has been scanned by the capture technician, it will take between 24 and 48 hours for the model to process and to be uploaded into your account.
Capture technicians are an elite network of fully vetted and highly trained Matterport professionals that capture digital twins on behalf of our customers using Matterport Pro3 or Pro2 hardware.

For our Property Management Platform, every new customer receives live onboarding calls and a personal onboarding contact for the first 45 days of their time with Hostfully. The number of calls depend on the package you subscribe for. During the onboarding period, Hostfully will help you set up properties, configure listing sites and OTAs, show you how to automate processes with templates and triggers, and get started with pricing.
Please note that the set up time to import and list properties on listing sites varies. Some take under 24 hours, while others take up to two weeks or longer. This is outside of our control. However, due to Hostfully’s preferred partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, we can track your status progress and get faster access if an unforeseen problem happens.
After your onboarding period has finished, you still have daily (free) access to both our onboarding reps and customer success reps through our many office hours!
